THE TIME WILL PASS ANYWAY!

Weightloss Medication

Our Philosophy

At KCALS, we believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life. We are committed to providing personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your goals and create sustainable habits.

Myths

"It's a magic fix!" – Medications can help with appetite control, but they work best alongside a balanced diet and active lifestyle.

"You’ll never gain weight back!" – Sustainable habits matter. Stopping medication without lifestyle changes can lead to weight regain.

"Only people with extreme obesity need them." – Some medications are approved for people with overweight conditions, depending on health risks.

"They work the same for everyone." – Everyone’s body reacts differently; medical guidance is crucial.

Facts

Some medications reduce appetite or slow digestion, helping with portion control

They’re prescription-based, designed for individuals with specific BMI thresholds or health concerns.

Lifestyle changes—healthy eating and movement—enhance effectiveness.

Possible side effects include nausea, digestive issues, and in rare cases, more serious health risks.

Long-term success often comes from behavioural changes, not just medication.

Please, Please, Please do not get from your hairdressers’ mate down the pub.

We lost weight before the drug; it has to be prescribed by a GP or registered Pharmacy under guidance.
