Was I strict? Was I heck I LOVE my food and drink way too much but I was mindful and made small changes. I learnt never to feel guilty about my food choices, every meal is an opportunity to eat normally and get yourself back on track! The ‘I’ll start again on Monday’ attitude gets you nowhere! FAST!
Successful and sustainable weight loss comes from commitment. I know its not easy losing weight, it’s sometimes harder to maintain it believe me BUT I haven't stayed within a healthy BMI over the years by burying my head in the sand, I'm not perfect by any stretch, but I do own my journey
